Well designed
This gazebo was a big project to assemble and I would not even try to do it without at least one other person to help. That said, the finished product is better than I expected. High quality materials, all the parts were there and relatively clear instructions. Would buy again!

Nice product.
Some holes don’t line up perfectly and the roof sucks to put together. Worst instructions you will see. Over all 4/5 and one of the shades is 6 inches short.

Excellent build heavy woid
Overall a great gazebo instructions are wee bit difficult but manageable to read definitely lay out all the pieces One thing to make note is look for the pre-drilled holes on the pieces that need to be facing upwards I put a couple in backwards but I was able to fix it pretty quick roof is a little difficult to get together but once you get to trick figure it out and slam it right out figure a good day to figure out the build and get it built had to contact customer service and they were fantastic

Happatio 11X13 Grey Gazebo
The Happatio 11X13 wood Gazebo was easy to assemble. Each box was packaged for the specific assembly with the required hardware. The written instructions was little challenging, but I relied more on the video. Lily in customer service was great in addressing all my concerns and quickly mailed out one missing part need to complete installation. The only changes I made was to purchase 6X6 post bases needed to level the slope on the patio, and sanded and stained the wood posts and beams. It looks fabulous.Comparable to other manufactures of wood gazebos I, the Happatio gazebo beats others in quality, price and customer service. Based I my experience I would recommend Happatio for all your outside needs.

Missing half of shipment
We only received box 1 and 2 of the gazebo. We are missing the curtains and screens. Customer service will only refund us $50 for them which is not acceptable. You cannot purchase the screens and curtains separate and they cost a hell of a lot more than $50.Putting the roof together is a nightmare. Nothing lines up correctly.

Beautiful Gazebo
Shipping was way faster than expected. I received the packages way sooner than the expected delivery dates that Amazon provided. I ordered on July 11 with an expected delivery between July 19-25. I received the first box on July 13, 2nd box on July 14 and last 2 boxes on July 17.Upon receiving the package I broke down the boxes in the order of the packaging labels on each box. Starting with box 1 of 4. If you do this, then you'll be able to follow along the instruction book fairly easily. The first thing I did was prepare the board and check for any damages. One of the posts was significantly cracked all the way down the post and appears to have been repaired with some wood putty. I contacted the company and they responded immediately with an offer to refund part of my order. I originally wanted to get a whole new post and they were willing to do that as well, but I decided that I would be able to support the split since I'll be building upon it anyways, so I went ahead and accepted the partial refund.Building the side rails wasn't difficult at all, but I just say to pay attention to the tiny pilot holes on the center boards and make sure they're facing up. I didn't realize this and when I had already put the frame together, I had to take the board apart to turn them around on two of the sides.I was a little nervous from the other reviews saying the instructions were little difficult to follow, but I didn't find this to be true for me. Then again, I've put together a lot of Ikea furniture, so I'm pretty used to it. I did watch the video of how it was put together so that did help as well, but overall, I used the instruction book.Knowing that I would be building this mostly by myself, I had to plan accordingly and couldn't build everything based on the instructions or video. The only part I needed assistance from hubby was to add the side rails of the frame into the posts. This definitely needs 2 kept up get the frame together. From there, it can be a one person job.. very carefully.I did end up investing in a bigger ladder because the little 6 foot ladder I had wasn't going to get me to the top of the gazebo safely. I should also mention some tools that will help you with this project:A drill with an Allen bitA socket wrenchAn 11mm drill bitA tool belt to carry things to the top hand freeA small 3 step ladder and a bigger 8 ft ladderPatience... lots of patienceThe 11mm drill bit is necessary. Even though the posts come pre drilled, there are splinters all inside the holes making it very difficult to get the bolts through. When you're holding a heavy board in place and trying to jam the bolt through, you learn that the holes need to be drilled better.Getting the roof put together was a little challenge at first. The instructions say to put the roof pieces together first and then lift it onto the frame. The video says to connect the two opposite corners to the center piece and then put it up onto the frame. Neither way worked for me as it would require 1 or more people to assist and I was insistent on doing it by myself. So I was able to add all four corner arms first and then attach the center plate. I was happy that the weight of each arm wasn't too heavy for the single bolt and bracket holding it. After that was done, the rest of the roof frame was a piece of cake.Adding the roof panels was a bit more of a challenge doing it singlehanded. But with careful planning and almost feeling defeated, I was able to get all panels in place in 1 day. My gazebo is right up against my house and that was a bit of a tight squeeze getting some of those panels in place. Also, be careful building this on a hot day in direct sunlight. Those panels get VERY hot.A word of caution. DO NOT LOSE ANY OF THE PIECES. The company sends you exactly what you need. No more, no less. Unlike Ikea who gives you a few extra bolts, nuts and washers. This kit came with only what was needed to get the job done. I dropped 2 bolts into my pool while building. When I got to the end of the build, I found myself fishing them out of my pool because I actually needed them to complete the job. I also dropped one of the rubber pieces and it bounced somewhere and I still can't find it.It took me 5 days to complete it by myself with very little assistance. Also I was not able to work on it the full day in between taking care of my daughter and avoiding the 95° heat. I could only work on it during the morning and evenings. I would say that having an extra person there to assist through the whole project would be ideal because they can hand you things or pick something up that you dropped. Also having an extra hand when putting on the final trim would be good.Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. I've been wanting a hard top gazebo for a few years now and I finally bit the bullet and don't regret it.
