This is a great laptop bag. I use it for work and it normally has my laptop, my charger, my two phones, a lunchbox and some paperwork. On my old rucksack this felt immensely heavy, in this new bag it feels surprisingly light due to the placement of the straps and the width of them so the weight is well placed around my shoulders and isn't dragging then down. All the pockets are useful, I've yet to test it for being waterproof but so far am very happy with this bag.

My daughter loves it. She fits everything for school in the backpack no problem. Laptop and books no problem.

So arrived on time... Seemed good, sturdy.. Instructions are on amazon on the images of the product so bit weird... Unpacked check over... Checked the connections for usb that's fine but the headphone jack didn't work when fully insert on the external plug... So thats a bit disappointing.The lock works.. Reasonably comfortable although I've not gone out yet with it.

Really good backpack for someone with 17.3 inch laptop. Was expecting a lot less for the price I paid.

The rucksack is good for the price, the only thing I would say against it is I wish they wouldn’t fold it to pack it, because it has a constant lean after about 4 weeks of use, but that isn’t the fault of either Amazon or the bag

Awesome bag just what I need for my small trips
