I gave this a 3 star rating overall and 2 star only for value for money because it is vastly overpriced. Yes, it does the job and only a small amount is needed for a clock, but this oil should not cost this much for a mere 10ml. I am sure I can find oil of this quality at a much cheaper price.

I had two clocks which no longer worked, a 200 year old William Moss grandfather and Keinzle Vienna Regulator wall clock, probably 120 years old which hadn't worked for 30 years. The wall clock had had a bodge "repair" done to it some time ago in the form of a good soaking in WD40 which was a total failure and left everything gummed up.I cleaned the clocks' bearings by applying a single drop of white spirit to each one and then blotting with kitchen paper to draw out the old oil and dust. I repeated this until the paper remained clean after the "blotting." I left the mechanisms to thoroughly dry before applying a single drop of oil to each bearing. If you have oil running down the clock's frame you have used too much. Blot it off.A week later both clocks are working perfectly!This very small bottle of oil is probably enough for 100 clocks!
