Great product
This is an ideal product for anyone who found the heavy duty (pink) Reuzel too dense. Holds well in my hair and easy of use as it warms up in your hands. I have tried most of the Reuzel clay & pomade products. As I have thick but slightly wavy hair and I found the green pomade & the white clay to be the best. However, unlike clay products, this traditional style pomade does not wash out of your hair in the rain for example. Gets my vote

Simply great pomade!
I am new to the world of pomaded and so decided to give this a try after watching a couple of reviews on You Tube. Firstly the tin looks cool. It smells great and gives a really nice soft sheen and good hold. Unlike 'salon' products that o have previously used, this can be restyled throughout the day if needed. Only thing to be aware of is this is a proper wax, not a water based pomade, and so is tricky to wash out. As my hair is naturally greesy o don't like too much build up so, you need to do one of two things to remove. Either need a little bit of bicarbonate of soda adding to your deep cleansing shampoo or apply some Aussie 3 minute miracle MOIST ten minutes before shampooing. The latter works best!I've enjoyed the Reuzel Green so much I've now ordered a tin of the new Reuzel Pink (heavy hold) & will post an update on that in the near future.

Great for indoor use :)
Great product, but the hold will begin to fail if you move around a lot or exposed to wind.Re-brushing will make hair look a little too greasy.If you are indoors and not moving around much, then it's perfect.Go for the PINK version if you need a solid hold or going for a day/night out.

Perfect for controlling long fine hair
Due to all hairdressers getting shutdown for most of last year I now have shoulder length hair that I tie back. However, my hair breaks and so it's been looking kind of frizzy. I've tried a few cheaper water based products and I've been very impressed. This stuff is amazing though. My hair actually looks really cool now. Thanks! Will be buying again.And as other people have said this stuff smells great.

Somewhat disappointed
I bought this to keep my hair in place and also keep it frizz-free, and I'm disappointed that it doesn't do either well.It can keep my hair in place for a few second before my hair starts to move again, and it puts a shine on my hair that somewhat makes it look a bit less frizzy, but not quite.I think the worst of all, is that it takes away much volume of my hair, I look like I have much less hair.The only good thing I can think of, is that this is easy to wash off, I just need to wash my hair with shampoo the usual way, and it comes off in 1 wash.I won't buy this again and can't recommend it.

The best...
... modern hair grease you can buy with a lovely apple smell. Works into the hair easily and can be styled with no problems. I find this preferable to Reuzels water-based pomade that is far too stiff for me. If you can manage the washing out, I find the old-fashioned formulas (Sweet Georgia Brown. Murrays) give a shinier finish and are more pliable. Having said that, anyone who uses pomade regularly won't be disappointed with this.

Excellent.
What hair product you get on with is ultimately a personal decision but for me I get on best with this medium hold oil based pomade. Great smell, suits my fine hair, doesn't hold the slick back for ever but with a comb it can easily be put back into place. Best of all, stays slick as opposed to water soluble pomades that are ultimately just gels that dry hard. Watch out for the cheaper 12oz (hog) tin on Amazon as I found this far lower quality and returned it.

Subdue even the most unruly hair
I've left water-based for oil-based pomades and have not looked back. Requires a slightly different skill set for application, and removal of product during shampooing is less successful but acceptable. In the last analysis, your scalp naturally produces oil, why use a water soluble pomade that cannot moisturize the scalp nearly as effectively as a pomade that is formulated with natural oils and beeswax for hold. The Scent is underwhelming but very pleasant, notes of apple and mint.

Reuzel es de mis marcas favoritas para peinar, al igual que su pomada roja, está verde a base de aceite es excelente en cuanto a fijación, brillo y aroma. El único “pero” que le veo es que es un poco difícil de quitar del pelo per así son estos productos a base de aceite. Recomiendo.

Meine Lieblingspomade! Klassiker!
Was soll ich sagen...lässt sich super in die Haare einbringen und hat für mir die beste Konsistenz und Haltbarkeit. Ich schwöre seit Jahren auf die grüne Reuzel! Der Duft ist auch nicht zu verachten :-)Ausprobieren und mit gescheiter Frise das Haus verlassen!

Remove one to two knuckles of the product from the can and emulsify between the palms. Apply to dry hair, starting in the crown and working toward front. Work scalp to ends and liberally coat hair. Use more Green Grease over any dry spots if necessary, and finish by combing hair into desired shape.
