Expensive for what it is
OK but basically just a rag doll. Would of been nice if it had been presented in a box to allow for easy wrapping for granddaughter's birthday.

poor quality and packaging
The doll arrived folded in half and squeezed into a plastic bag that made the dolls head push back. Now Elsa permanently has a floppy head which has made my child hysterical. Very poor

Tiny!
Very disappointed, arrived today and Elsa is literally 10cm tall - nothing like the 30cm advertised. I ordered 30cm Anna too, so not expecting much!
