If you like floral flavors, these are tasty
I originally purchased because I LOVE lavender mints and I wanted to try the same flavored syrup in my lemonade. I tried all three, because hey, you never know right? Upon opening each one, I smelled them. The lavender, and rose each smelled quite nice and like I thought they should be. The orange blossom smelled quite bitter and acrid. I tasted each one in a fresh glass of lemonade and by far my favorite, surprisingly was the rose. The lavender, was floral and quite like I expected initially. The back end or aftertaste, if you will, was a little bit bitter, but tapered off quickly and left a nice lavender taste in my mouth. I got the impression that I was breathing lavender, which honestly, wasn't the worst thing. The orange flower was the one that I like the least. It was bitter from start to finish and tasted like wilted, rotting flowers. Maybe that is supposed to be how it tastes, I don't really know, but I didn't care for it. The rose however was exceedingly delightful. It took a little more of the syrup than I would have thought to flavor it to my liking, but I could be misjudging because I had the sample size bottle that had no pump, so what I used might be more or less than a full pump of a regular size bottle. That said, it the flavor was strong enough without overpowering and yet light, so you could build to suit your strength/taste preference. It tasted like a rose smells and I swear my breath smelled like perfume. lol The balance in the lemonade made for a refreshing nuanced taste that I thoroughly enjoyed. There was no bitter aftertaste and it went down smoothly. If you don't like the smell of roses, you won't like this. The taste reminded me of the way rose petals smell, right after being crushed or bruised. I liked it so much, I ordered a full size bottle right away. The lavender, was alright, I am thinking about ordering that one too, but I think I am going to go back and retest some more of the sample size, before I jump in and purchase a full size bottle. The orange will go in the trash. Overall, I liked the price because I was able to try 3 flavors without having to commit to a large bottle that I may not have liked and it introduced me to a new flavor that I love, which I would NOT have tried otherwise. If you're interested in new flavors, give it a go, you might find something new that you like. Also, try it in different things, you may find that you like it in one thing, but not the other.

High quality syrups, great in coffee and carbonated water
The lavender is better than Starbucks lavender oatmilk lattes (not too sweet, doesn't have the "chemical" or "fake sugar" taste at all - just taste natural like good grade lavender in coffeeThe orange blossom is a nice light flavor in carbonated water (good alternative to Lemmon flavored spa water)

Super intense flavor and difficult to blend in cold drinks
These are very thick syrups and loaded with flavor. Probably really good in hot drinks but it's summer so I won't be trying that until later this year. I got them for cocktails but this syrup is very difficult to mix into cold drinks. Possibly OK if you use a blender; I haven't tried them in the bullet blender yet. Since the flavor is so intense, you don't need to add much. So they are a pretty good value but you have to be careful not to add too much.

Just love these!
The Amoretti floral syrups are strongly scented (and true). I had them sitting around my kitchen for a bit before inspiration struck. Yesterday I made some Lychee- Orange Blossom sorbet and it is nothing short of divine. I was thrilled to find that Amazon carries these in larger bottles, and immediately ordered some more.I was tempted to throw some of the Lavender violet into chocolate ice cream I was making but that one seemed a bit strong. (The lavender is more strongly perfumed than my bath products!) They are concentrated flavors, not quite extracts. I am looking forward to playing with them some more. This set is a nice way to try them out since you get three flavors and it is not too expensive. Likely they aren't for everyone so a small set like this is a nice way to try them out. When I ordered them I was thinking of rose lassi, and teas, the Italian sodas my kids make, but now that I have tried them so many more uses come to mind. I wish Amoretti made the entire range available in sample size. There are so many more I want to try. I absolutely love these :D so so glad Amazon has made things like this available, something I would never find on my remote Pacific island.I may have to get myself a bigger ice cream machine (and freezer).

Great sampler set, delicious flavors
These bottles are comparable in size to liquor shots and they are a nice way to try out three unusual flavors without committing to a large bottle. The syrups themselves are delicate tasting yet strong (so use only a little and build up the flavor to your preference). They're not too sweet and are very true to flavor in my opinion. I have yet to try them in drinks or baking but am looking forward to adding them to cakes and cookie batter. One quick and easy way to enjoy them is to mix them with store bought (high quality) ice cream or gelato for a simple yet elegant dessert.Heres the recipe:- 1 cup vanilla ice cream or gelato, softened- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon syrup of your choice- optional add ins: chopped nuts, frozen fruit, chocolate chips, whatever you can dream of.In a large bowl, blend ice cream with syrup with a spatula or spoon until fully incorporated and creamy. Freeze again if desired or serve immediately.I did this with light vanilla ice cream, a few flakes of saffron dissolved in hot water, and some of the Rose syrup, topped with chia seeds and it was so delicious! All in all I recommend these syrups to anyone who enjoys floral flavors in sweets and cooking.

Soap smells like flowers. That's why people are saying that these taste like soap.
People are kind of dumb and saying these taste like soap because they've associated floral scents with soap. I think it's like people saying mint ice cream tastes like toothpaste. These smell floral and not like some sugary food coloring thing. That said - they suck. The flavor is so weak and hard to come through in soda or coffee. You have to use a ton and the containers are small. I thought I would be okay with small containers because I've tried other concentrated flavors where a few drops could flavor 2 liters but that was not the case here.
