I'm no chef, so I didn't need a professional immersion blender. This one is perfect for more casual use. I love the pink color and the easy-to-clean components. It blends quickly and has enough power to tackle frozen fruit/veggies in a smoothie. I've had no issues with it at all and would repurchase it.

I tried the whisk attachment for my eggs this morning, and this blender whipped them up so fast and fluffy. My old blender did not have this much power! It took me half the time, because this blender is strong. Because it is a little heavier and wider around the grip area, that is probably why the motor is much more powerful. I actually like the weight and grip for control purposes. It has two speeds-high and low. I used the low speed, and it seemed like it was about 3x more powerful than my old blender's high speed. I will enjoy using this for years to come, hopefully.

Don't let the inexpensive price fool you, this is an excellent immersion blender. I've used it to make homemade mayonnaise, hummus and smoothies. It worked well with everything. It's easy to clean. I haven't used the whisk attachment yet, but it looks like it will be just as good as the regular attachment.

I looked at a ton of products and read countless reviews before finally deciding to purchase this unit.Even the most expensive name-brand stick mixers get tons of bad reviews -- breaking, falling apart, failing, burning out, low quality materials, you-name-it.I needed a stick mixer for making soap -- sure, you can make soap without a stick mixer -- people have been doing it for a very long time -- however, it greatly shortens the time required to obtain "trace." Your choice: stand there mixing by hand for hours or use a stick mixer and get trace in a few minutes.This mixer works beautifully. I've never used it for anything besides making soap. I make about 3 cups of soap at a time. I don't know how well it would handle large batches of soap -- but it would probably work fine.One thing to remember, this unit (like all stick mixers) isn't a stand-along mixer that can be turned on and left on for extended periods of time. It's designed for quick mixing. Pulse a few times, use it to stir like a spoon, pulse a few times, stir, etc. Leaving it on for very long will likely burn out the motor. If you need a mixer than can be turned on and left on for an extended period of time, then you need something other than a stick mixer.

We have daily smoothies and have gone through a number of hand blenders over the years. This blender performs better and holds up for much longer than blenders that are three or four times the price. We have tried high end, super high end (bamix), middle of the road and they never seem to last for more than a few months of daily use. This blender has lasted for about three years on average. We have also used the whisk occasionally for things like whipping cream. It is very effective but you do need a large bowl in order for it not to go everywhere. Highly recommend.

This is a decently good immersion blender. You have to hold the button down which I don't mind. The power behind the speeds are there. I was under the impression it was cordless as that was what I was looking for and it is in fact NOT cordless. It wasn't a big deal it was just more of an annoyance because the cord kept getting tangled. The whisk I didn't like very much unless I whisked something in a tall cup. If I tried to whisk something in a bowl it would splatter everywhere no matter how I held it at different angles to not splatter. It's a little heavier than others but that's not the biggest deal either. It's all preference. The power behind the blender as well is quite loud.

Love making my foams, froths & meringues with this tool. Also good to pulverize chunky soups for easier consumption when needed

I have used it a few times to make smoothies and pureed food. It worked perfectly fine. Simple and quick to use. Easy to clean. Well worth for the money. I don't need those extra jars/cups from more expensive brand. Too many at home. It serves the purpose well.

I live how easy it is to use and clean. My smoothies are great, my cream soups, purees, and hot cocoa too.I bought it because I wanted a smaller and more practical thing than my blender to do small cups. I can use my little hand blender on the pots directly. A time saver.

Picked this up to replace a lower grade model that I had. This one is def an upgrade. It's super powerful and feels sturdy in the hands. Changing between the blender and whisk attachments takes seconds and the multiple speed options are def a bonus. The button is easy to press which was an issue with my previous blender and clean-up is nice and quick.
