Amazingly good watch (the second time round)
First Burgmeister purchased from Amazon leaked water after a year and I couldn't change the time (the crown wheel wouldn't work) The auto-winder mechanism also ceased to work. Unfortunately it was out of guarantee by a few days. It was then stolen whilst I was on a trip to the USA - lucky me, very unlucky thieves!I then purchased an identical watch directly from Germany. It was clear that the Amazon watch I has previously purchased was a customer return. Unlike the Amazon watch, all the transparent plastic was in place on the watch and metal bracelet, demonstrating it was brand new item. Had I not purchased another watch from Germany I would not have realised the Amazon watch was "second hand".
