I bought this for one of my best friends for Christmas and she absolutely loved it! She named it Bernard and it worked wonders. It retains heat for a long time and is super soft. However, I will say a couple things. The actual plush is smaller and lighter compared to a "normal" stuffed animal. It's about the length of two hands side by side. Sometimes too, it's hard to feel the warmth through the plush as you do have to take out the heating pad separately to microwave and put it back in. This is still a great gift and is good quality, just smaller than I expected.

“Cici” the pink axolotl is ADORABLE and half of the cost of a warmie brand stuffy. The bag is easily removed and heated in the microwave (max 90 secs) but 1 minute kept my kiddo snuggly for over an hour. So beyond perfect!

I justified this purchase as a health expense and have had endless fun with it. I work as a game developer and on the side as an artist and 3d modeler and have developed wrist problems as a result. Regular heating pads are too bulky to fit around my wrist but this dude works great! My coworkers and family are incredibly amused by it too. 10/10
