Was worried about instability but needn't have been, brilliant. Child's bike on tow is always held vertical and stable, no wobbling. Perfect!Wrong item was sent (a cheaper and lower rated tow mount of different brand) but seller was quick to re-ship correct product and didn't require the original returning so I wasn't inconvenienced at all and have to add absolutely brilliant customer service.

Simply does not fit on either of our adult bikes. Critically it wouldn't fit on my sons bike without some modification and additional adaptors.My sons bike is the Squish 14 inch frame, which is within the stated 10-20 inch size. The problem is the mounting bracket is too large for the headset, this means in the top position it clamps the headset and mounting upside down it collides with the front forks. Either way the handlebars can no longer be turned, I suspect you could grind the bracket down a little but I didn't try because there were so many other problems.The brackets that attach to the front wheels do not attach to the smooth headed bolts used on the Squish bikes. They also wouldn't attach if you had quick release wheels. Preuzzo sell an 'adaptor' for this, however the adaptor is just a large overpriced bolt, this would remove the quick release feature of your bike and leaves large lugs sticking out the sides of the wheel.On the adult bikes we tried on a 26 inch full suspension mountain bike, and a 29 inch hardtail. On both bikes it would probably work while you're towing the child, however it wasn't possible to stow the system away on either bike. On the 26 inch bike the rear forks were at such a low angle the plastic clips wouldn't stay attached and would bounce off. On the 29 inch bike the frame wouldn't fit around the tyres without rubbing, at 2.1 inch the tyres aren't even that large for a MTB. On both bikes the plastic clips were rubbing on cables for the rear derailleurs and brakes which would cause damage over time.Simply not compatible with modern bikes.

This was quite tricky to put together as instructions were not very good. however once together and attached to both bikes it works well. Cant really leave it on big bike when not in use as it is heavy and moves around.

Much sturdier but bulkier and a bit fiddly compared to other makes. I found it safer to tow my child's bike as it is held at two separate points and holds the bike solid

The brackets cannot be tight enough to keep the rear bike upright and safe. Managed 20 yards before my boy tipped and nearly fell off. Utterly horrendous. Do not buy this.

I bought this product as tandem for my child's bike. We had a lot of issue with its stability and sturdiness for my child's bike and after a lot of attempt myself took it to a bike shop.They eventually advised me that the actual tandem metal bar was bent due to manufacturing problem and nothing can be done about this. Very frustrating and I have no way of returning or contacting the seller. Will advise all other to be careful prior to purchasing.

this is great value. i didnt quite tighten enough the first go so recommend testing before you hit the roads but great product
