Case with battery in the case or with battery on circuit, Which case is this as the mountings and hole sizes are different ?

We had to cut buts away to get the battery to fit, we changed over the key blade and it worked great

Does this kit include the spring please

It doesn't. I tried to move the innards of my dilapidated key fob to the new enclosure, but never managed it. It simply didn't fit. Yours may fit - I have a Grand C4 Picasso from 2011.

How do i know which one to order (with regards to the different battery types). I have a C4 on a 56 plate.

Mines a C4 same year, what I did was take the insides out of the old remote plus the key, you need to hold the fob firm to tap the pin out that holds them in place then re-assembled in the new one. If you google replacement 3 button there is a description with pictures on how to do it , hope that helps
