Good Quality
Fitted as hoped for with no problems, was nearly put off by measurement saying it was 3cm thick, but it looked same as the one I wanted which was a bit thinner and it turned out to be exactly the same. I put 2 new handles on which as made a good satisfactory job, works like new.

Good reliable replacement at a good price.
This is a very good product. Replaced a broken gearbox, latch and dead bolt. The replacement has made the door feel like new again. I don’t often leave feedback but the item has worked really well and the price was very good.

Check dimentions carefully to get the right item
This item was to fit a relatively old uPVC door (17 years old). After checking the dimentions of a lot of locks this one fit perfectly and was an identical replacement. These are riveted assemblies and are virtually imposible to open and mend. Mine had failed due to a small spring which operated the latch. There is no way I could have opened it even if I could have found a new spring. If yours is having problems just replace it.

Fitted Perfectly
Bought as a direct replacement for a broken unit that was in place for c.15 years. Value for money was spot on, especially when local hardware outlets were charging c.£50 for branded replacements. Make sure you double check and order the correct size as this will ensure a simple changeover. Fitting was straightforward and the unit is working perfectly well. Not sure on longevity, however seems like a perfect match to the unit I removed. Very happy with the product and price.

Fitmaent is good and works fine
The lock looks 95% the same as original GU. Fits ok and works well. Not as smooth as GU but does the job. Hopefully it will last long.
