We haven't even started to play this role-play murder mystery, but we're already annoyed because links for additional character information lead to dead websites instead of providing additional information.Also, please be aware that you will need a CD player as an essential piece of equipment for this role-play game to be able to proceed.

Played the murder mystery at the weekend with 6 of my friends. What a laugh! Glad I did not take part as such just played the part of host and kept everyone on track. Think it would have been hard going to play a part and also dish up the dinner etc along the way. Thoroughly enjoyed it though and the girls that were here (3 of them had to play men) said they have never laughed so much for a long time. They all got into the characters and the wine which I think you have to do to make it work.

I havent played this one yet as only arrived today. Looks good quality and I am sure there will be a lot of laughter and fun and games. Thank you team.

Bought for my brother for his birthday, he likes it and said it’s great fun

I have played a number of these types of games and am familiar with the pitfalls of scripts that are unclear as to who says what and when. This game is very clear, well paced and has excellent resources to help the folk playing. I think it is still better for slightly experienced players but beginners should be able to cope with this as an introduction to the playing of murder mysteries.

We play two Mrder Mysteries a year at family get togethers. For us, this one didn't work and we didn't enjoy it. It is all pre-printed dialogue to follow - some of the monologues are very long and har to deliver and follow. Yes, alcohol was involved, and that is part of the fun. We prefer much more free play with "ask Lucy about her secret business links with Arthur" rather than scripted dialogue. Sorry, not for us.

It made for a fun evening even though we didn't even finish the game!! Will play again definitely
