Recommend by a friend who was given these by her physio.Once you apply as instructed, apply after alcohol wipe and leave on for advised days these really do work. Applying can be a little fiddly, take your time or get someone to put on for you.The relief I’ve had from lower back pain, these are the best thing to have worked for me yet! Suffering for the last three years, definitely worth a try!(Need more adhesive plaster & alcohol wipes for newbies, would be helpful)

I've been suffering with muscle tension in my lower back so thought I'd try these magnets. I wasn't sure if they'd make much difference, but my back feels significantly better after just 2 days of wearing them. They're v easy to apply & I can't feel the magnets. I thought they may dig in or be uncomfortable when i lean back in a chair or lie in bed, but they aren't. I'd highly recommend them.The reason for not giving 5 stars is that the sticky plaster doesn't stick as brilliantly as I'd like. This could be because of where I position them - on my lower back just below my waistband. I might just use an extra but of elastoplast to keep them on.

I put the magnets around the points of the knee that were hurting and I am delighted to say that they worked. No more bone crunching, pain or difficulty climbing the stairs. Hope it continues. One small point that the manufactures should consider for the future - the plasters don't stick to the skin very well and have to be held in place by bits of sticky tape because they fall off.

I found they kept on my chest okay, but found my knees and shoulders they didn't last a night's sleep and were on my bed.

Returned this product, cheap nasty and doesn't do what it says it will do. Most of them were missing their magnets!

I use these on my ears, the plaster lasts AGES and the magnet size isn’t painful or uncomfortable when lying down.Great value

I honestly can't quite believe it, but these magnets really do seem to be providing effective pain relief. Like a lot of people, I guess, I've reached the point with ongoing acute pain, that i'm ready to give anything, within reason, a go. So I purchased these pretty much in desperation, without any real expectations.In my case the problem is with my hip, which prescription painkillers and over the counter gels aren't doing much to help. After applying three magnets - without looking for pressure points - where the pain was worst, I found it subsided almost immediately. I've now worn the magnets for a day, and while the pain hasn't gone completely it is significantly reduced. I'm actually astonished.i don't write a lot of review but am leaving this as it might help others, and will update after more time has passed.
