excellent protection against heat, resistant to dirt, not very absorbent, but ideal as a workhorse kitchen cloth.

Bought these oven sheets to handle hot plates out of oven good quality, but not thick enough, so your force into double sheet to stop getting burned, far from good,as sheet then to small to use safely, they l think we're expensive not good value, really disappointed thought l was getting good quality @that price!!

My old "chef's" cloths needed replacing, but I couldn't find an exact replacement at an affordable price. I bought these, not expecting to be impressed. Instead, I found them to be better than my old ones:These are thinner, but longer and wider, so they can be folded in a variety of ways to suit whatever I am getting out of the ovenThey wash and dry very quicklyThey are great for mopping up spills in a hurry (obviously don't use a damp cloth to pick up a hot dish)I got ten of these for less than the cost of 2 chef's clothsI wouldn't consider buying any other type in the future

Excellent value and do the job. Careful when you wash them. They shrink by about 30%! But for the price can't complain
