Very good!!
I bought 3 charms for my wife and she just love them, especially this one, it has a meaning for us with our tattoo's and since i can't wear it i bought it for her!!

Just like picture
I’m not a huge fan of enamel covered charms but this one will fit perfect with the Pandora stethoscope charm I ordered. Being a nurse having experienced everything I have this year it’s a part of me and I wanted to represent it in my bracelet.

Top heavy weight flips the heart upside down.
I’ve purchased two of these. The product has weight to it and is very nice looking. The one issue is that it is top-heavy which means it will not stay in the right side up heart position, it flips upside down. This is particularly noticeable if you try to wear it on a necklace but less so if you use it on a charm bracelet. No complaints about the look or style. But definitely give to someone for use on a charm bracelet not a necklace.

Beautiful beating heart
Exactly as described. Beautiful bright red enamel. I work in medicine and this charm is perfect! I never take it off and the shine and luster has remained the same. Excellent quality.
