It took less than 10 minutes to install in my 2016 Chevy Traverse. I had rough engine idling and the On-Board Diagnostics scan reported P0101 [0x0101] Mass air flow (MAF) sensor/volume air flow (VAF) sensor - range/performance problem. The replacement fixed both.

Fit and cleared my engine code

I put this on a 2014 chevy malibu, and it worked for a while then the check engine light came on. It turns out the MAF sensor is working ok except for some sort of a temperature unit in it is not functioning. Unfprtunanlty i waited till after the 30 days to try and return it so no refund. So no luck for me.

Purchased for my 2015 buick enclave. Install was easy, but the temperature sensor component of the until failed within 4 days of it being installed on my vehicle. Ended up having to buy a new one from the dealer instead. I also bought a new throttle body from the same company at the same time as this MAF sensor and installed it at the same time. It also started giving me issues 2 weeks after install.. dissapointed with the quality of the products I purchased :(

My car would start but would jerk like it was trying to wake me up. Sometimes it would start then die a few seconds later. At first no check engine light came on. I left the car in accessory mode and finally the engine light showed up. A quick scanned showed it was code P0101, referring to the MAF sensor. This was a quick and easy swap. So far it’s been a couple of hours and my car runs way better than it did before. No more hesitations, no rough idle, no shaking, and last no more starting then dying. I thought about just buying some MAF sensor cleaner prior to buying this, but this part was very inexpensive.
