Even though it’s pricey we’ll worth it I would say keeps hot for about 8 hrs

I’ve had this flask for over 2 years now and it still keeps my hot drinks hot at lunchtime. And it’s had some stick over the two years.

Very strong stays hot all day but with it being a larger flask would of like to see two cups with it instead of a very small one
