Only tried first one today so can’t really comment on effectiveness but I enjoyed popping one in my mouth & gently chewing with subtle orange flavour coming through - - i found this a relaxing ritual in itself. I have inflammatory arthritis in hands & wrists so I was concerned about ease of lid but it’s the best lid ever - you gently push in middle to open & then to close gently press sides of lid & it clips back on! Tin is sturdy but so light, & I immediately know these will be super easy to carry around in my bag or pocket. I have complex ptsd so I’m always looking for extras to calm my nervous system & mind, especially when I leave the house, & these really fit the bill for me. I’d feel very comfortable & at easy taking tin out in public to pop one in, they look like a little tin of travel sweets. I’m hopeful over some days/weeks taking these will help reduce my anxiety etc that little bit more 😊

I have bought these little pastels for many years. Sadly the price has gone through the roof. I still buy them occasionally for traveling because they are calming and not too sweet, so they do the job well, but lose a star for the cost.

I use to carry in my bag these pastilles and use of them whenever:- I see something shocking on the street (an accident, maybe) or I feel panic - a pastile is a comforter for me; if you are a driver, you must have Rescue Remedy in your bag- I am to much thinking of the future, my mind is not able to think in the present, I'm dreaming with my eyes opened;- I become impacient - it makes me be pacient againOne day, one of my colleagues was worried about her husband and not capable of working, thinking about the future. She took a Rescue pastille and bwcame able to concentrate and work again.The pastilles are good for emotional sensitive children, before a contest. They won't feel panic and they can better concentrate. It is also good for those who take care of their older relatives or sick people and feel they cannot bear this situation (in this case, a pastille work very well along with 2 drops of Olive Remedy)You must know that the pastilles don't work everytime you are in anger, this is a state with many reasons, you must go to the root of the problem and find a different Bach flower Remedy.The pastilles have a wonderful taste!

Helped me deal with an awful and sudden loss

I still sceptical and think there is more placebo effect. There nothing really in it to have that calming effect, more Your own mind games about cool down by chewing something. I like package's design idea - smart from brand, but pastilles - taste fine, strange texture. Don't think I will buy again.

なんとなくですが、これを食べると不安から解放されるような気がします。硬いグミみたいな食感なので、噛み砕いてるうちにそちらに気持ちが集中するのかなあ？味は優しくて好きです。出会えてよかったです。

はじめて購入でした。人前で話すとき緊張してしまうので少しでも落ち着けたらいいな、と試してみました。飲んで何か変化を感じるわけではないですが、終わったあとにアレ？ふつうに終わった。という感覚で、普段通りでいられた気がします。これからもお守りがわりに持っていたいと思います。
