A4 Plastic Pocket Wallets Top and Side Opening - Pack of 100

I got what I wanted
The only problem with these is that if I didn’t know they existed I would probably never have found them. ‘Punched Pockets’ are much easier to locate, but those are not what I wanted. I wanted the equivalent of a cardboard folder for a good old fashioned filing cabinet, but transparent, ideally opening on one side AND one end, and without the punched margin with the holes for ring binders. As well as for filing, they can be used to protect, even enhance, the appearance of a single sheet, or keep as many as a dozen loose sheets together, protect photographs, etc. With these, I got what I wanted. They have a matt exterior finish and a completely smooth interior. Despite the matt finish on the outside, they slip over each other very readily, which is sometimes good (in the file cabinet), sometimes not so good (when a pile of them insists on slithering onto the floor).A hundred should last me a long time, for they are tough enough to be almost infinitely reusable, and at less than 4 pence each they offer excellent value; bulkier, non-see-through cardboard folders start at twice the price.

Ignore good reviews. These are very flimsy pocket wallets. NOT 1 mm thick.
These pocket wallets are not good quality and will crease easily. I bought them knowing they were probably going to be cheap and nasty and I was not disappointed.I would be very surprised if they are 1mm thick although obviously it’s quite difficult to measure this. If you want something better quality, you need to pay more for a decent product.Although not relevant to the product order, once again a mentally defective Amazon delivery driver has pushed open my electric gates without reading the obvious sign on the gate.

Very flimsy and not totally clear
These are terrible quality. Very flimsy, easily crease. They have a slightly textured surface and are not completely clear. Not really what I wanted. I'll try a better known brand.

These are ok, but a little flimsy
These pockets do the job of separating papers nicely enough, but I didn't know quite what thickness to expect. As it turns out they are a bit flimsy, so they can be a little floppy when removing from files, and are also slippery as a result, so a few stacked on top of each other can slide around a bit. The visibility is ok, but they are not clear, they are more opaque, so I've ended up labelling the sheets to make sure I know what's in the file in quick glance mode

VERY THIN AND FLIMSY
These are ok if you want a very thin and flimsy wallet. In my opinion they should state the micron thickness of these wallets so that you can know what you are getting. The description actually says "The plastic wallet has dimensions of (D x W x H) 307 x 220 x 1 mm". I can only presume that the 'H' dimension is referring to the height (or thickness) which it indicates is 1mm. I measured it with a micrometer and found it to be 0.1 mm NOT the 1mm indicated. Either they are exaggerating the thickness or it's a typo.

If you want flimsy - then they're OK
These are far too flimsy for my use. I thought they would be fairly lightweight because of the price. But I find them difficult to handle. They slip against each other very easily and not easy to contain the items you put in them.

Very flimsy and not worth buying
I have been using wallets like this for years and these are probably the worst ones I have ever seen. They are extremely flimsy and look like they will crease or tear very easily.Don't be fooled by the "Amazon's Choice" badge or the high ratings. These are poor quality.I am now ordering some better quality ones and will throw these away. They really are that bad.

Why amazon choice
Wish I had read the reviews before buying, very thin, poor quality, you get what you pay for, next time will spend some more money and get a product fit for purpose
