Q: Is this medicine sublingual. In other words can it be spit out? (why am I asking? = sensitive stomach)

Yes it is sublingual, dissolves under the tongue for the fast action, not much sensation for the stomach. It is more like candy then tablet.Kindlyherbalstargate

Q: How long will this take to work?

When I've taken Hylands Sinus it usually takes 15 minutes or so to begin working. I usually take several doses for a more "stubborn" Sinus headache.
