These neckband Bluetooth headphones completely exceeded my expectations. The shark jaw design fits perfectly and stays secure without being uncomfortable. I’ve worn them for hours at a time with no issues — they’re super lightweight and convenient.The sound quality is excellent, with clear audio and strong bass, and the noise isolation really helps block out distractions. The call vibration alert is a nice touch — I never miss a call, even when I’m not wearing the earbuds. Battery life is also impressive — I easily get over 24 hours of playtime on a single charge.Bonus: they’re IPX7 waterproof, so I don’t worry about sweat or light rain during workouts. Highly recommend these for anyone needing reliable wireless earbuds for everyday use!

Great headphones, work well, are good quality, are comfortable, fit well and look great. I'm happy with this purchase and will be continue using these for my runs. Great headphones for the price!

Great sound, easy to function & battery lasts long. But the down side is that one ear speaker goes out in about 2 - 3 months like clock work, this is my 4 - 5 purchase.

FIRST UNIT: I COULDN'T GET IT TO TURN ON. I HAD THESE BEFORE WHEN IT WAS MPOW BRAND AND HAD NO TROUBLE.UPDATE: SO I HAVE DETERMINED THAT THIS UNIT WILL NOT TURN ON DIRECTLY AFTER I REMOVE IT FROM BEING CHARGED. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY AND THERE IS NO INDICATION IN THE USER MANUAL THAT THIS WOULD BE SOME KIND OF SAFETY FEATURE. I'M CHANGING REVIEW TO 3 STARS AS THE UNIT DOES WORK AFTER IT TURNS ON.SECOND UNIT - UPDATE: AUG 1, 2023 - THE SELLER "YOSDOM" CONTACTED ME THROUGH AMAZON AND OFFERED TO FIX THE PROBLEM, WHICH THEY DID SATISFACTORILY. IT TOOK A WHILE, BUT IN FACT I DID RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT WHICH WORKS PERFECTLY. THANK YOU TO YOSDOM FOR FOLLOWING UP WITH THESE REVIEWS AND DOING THE RIGHT THING! THE SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENED THOUGH, I WAS NEVER ABLE TO CONNECT TO THE CEVICE AGAIN. I TRIED TO TURN THE HEADSET OFF THEN ON AGAIN, ONLY TO FIND THAT THE HEADSET WAS NOT RESPONDING TO TURN OFF, AND WOULD NOT TURN ON AGAIN EITHER. I ASSUMED THE BATTERY WENT DEAD SO I CHARGED IT OVERNIGHT. THIS MORNING THE RED LIGHT WAS STILL ON WHEN PLUGGED IN. IT NEVER CHARGED, AND I CAN'T GET IT TO TURN ON AT ALL! I FEEL LIKE THERE IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH THE CIRCUITRY OR THE PROGRAMMING OF THE PCB AS THIS UNIT IS BASICALLY DOING THE SAME THING THAT THE FIRST UNIT WAS DOING. SO ESSENTIALLY THIS UNIT IS DEAD AFTER A COUPLE WEEKS. IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH WALKING OUT OF CONNECTION DISTANCE TO THE CONNECTED DEVICE, SEEMS TO MAKE IT VIBRATE TO FAILURE. AGAIN, I'M DISAPPOINTED. I HAD MY MPOW JAWS FOR YEARS!

We love these headphones! We also love the box that they came in, and we keep them there when not using them! These are a great in-between for someone who looses things like their AirPods. Definitely recommend!

I've used this style of shark/jaws-style bluetooth headset from a variety of companies since 2018, and this version is my least favorite.The good (compared to other versions):* long battery life* cables feel sturdyThe middling:* I'm not a fan of the "fewer-buttons" form factor that was introduced a few years ago. It's a personal thing, but I prefer dedicated volume buttons and separate dedicated track navigation buttons. I've accepted that I've lost that fight at this price point, and pull out my phone whenever I want to rewind, fast-forward, or navigate the track list. I could use the press-and-hold interface to rewind or fast-forward, but each press&hold takes time, especially if I want to shift more than a few seconds.The bad (again, compared to other versions of this headset from other companies):* The "jaws" don't hold the earbuds as well as other versions. The jaws on this version are not as form-fitting as on other versions. A much lighter touch will knock the earbuds out of the jaws, causing them to dangle instead of stay stored away.* The USB-C connection is slightly recessed (normal across all versions), but the size of the indented opening is small. About half my cables can't be inserted correctly because the opening is too small for the protective sheath that's at the end of every USB-C cable. This headset is the only item with this problem - my collection of USB-C cables fit every other device in my house. The supplied cable works, but it's only a foot long.

These have been my favorite headphones for years, but since they stopped being made by MPOW, I notice the quality has gone down significantly. I purchased a two-pair pack in September of 2024 and just a few days ago in early April of 2025 (just shy of 6 months later), the sound has gone out on the right earbud of the first pair, and of course they don't have a warranty past a few months. I used to like to have two pairs to use one while the other charged, I wear them to listen to soothing music to help me sleep at night because of anxiety, and having the sound go out so quickly after purchase was super disappointing. MPOW Jaws that I had before lasted me years, the construction was quality. I just got the second pair out but who knows how long that one will last before the same thing happens. I'm probably going to look at finding another option from another company that will be more durable. I don't like creating so much e-waste because of these headphones continually failing. Too bad because I really like the feel of them, they are comfortable to wear, and the battery life is pretty good.
