We used this to wash two coats, it really got them clean and protected the water resistant covering. Would highly recommend

My old Regatta garden jacket used daily that had never been washed after ten years use. It was showing signs of wear, deterioration inside hood and was embarrassingly dirty with some ground in stains. I bought two Nikwax Tech Wash sachets and soaked it in one for fifteen minutes in the suds, brushing the stains with no effect so was sceptical. But the water went grey with dirt and then after spinning it went in the machine 40c as per instructions. Although there is still ground in dirt along seams mainly and a single black stain I am pleased with result. Can't vouch for waterproofing and not my goal. But has given jacket a new lease of life for my purpose. Would recommend and I should have done it sooner!

Good product. Easy to use and cleans tin cloth as described.

Who knows if it it is any safer or better than a dash of clothes washing liquid, I am not a scientist. It didn't do any harm as far as I can tell.
