This was a good setup but one faulty camera let it down (leds not working flickering image) was told to undo camera and check connections, if they had just replaced the faulty camera straightaway would have kept this item, but not paying this amount and doing my own repairs, be aware the support for this item and others on here are in a faraway land so take this into consideration when buying these items)

I have tried out but not installed them yet. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the system was so good for the price. The image up to about 20feet is crystal, distance does reduce it slightly but still recognisable.

Didn’t know it didn’t come with a hard drive

This worked immediately it was powered up. The app was quite easy to set up and give good pictures. The system was an upgrade from a 4 channel system and the settings internally are easy and informative. This really is plug and play.App viewer works great on both Android and Apple devices.I found the set up of DVR viewer to enable viewing via PC a little more taxing, but this is not really a product issue.Support by email has been good with quick responses.Now more than a month installed and am so pleased with the system. Also easily viewable remotely using the Internet Explorer Browser by just typing in the IP address in the browser bar and then your login and password.I have had no faults or problems with the system but have asked many questions of the support and have always received quick responses and detailed answers. The customer service is excellent. (best to email late at night to receive responses early next morning)
