Amazing yoga set, very good quality, been using this for a week and it's definitely helped me a lot when I work out. It has everything you need for a quick and easy workout. The yoga mat is incredibly soft, it's non slip so don't have to worry about it moving everywhere when you work out. It also came with a carry bag which is very convenient for storage or when you want to take it anywhere, doesn't feel like it's cheap material at all, doesn't smell either.It also comes with other things such a skipping rope which is very useful, the ankle puller which is very good for having a good stretch or building up strength as its good material and doesn't feel like it's gonna snap anymore. It also came with exercise ball for yoga, very bouncy and makes working out fun. Definitely recommend buying as the material great and comes with so many things

Bought this for home workouts and stretching for which it is perfect. I can’t comment on the added features for yoga but for what I use it for it is perfect. Not too spongy and gives just enough relief from a cold hard floor. The mat stays put during my workout with almost no movement.I can’t comment on its durability tests as I’ve only used it for a handful of workouts but it seems durable enough, time will tell.

Yoga mat and carrier i mainly use. Carrier is really handy, the yoga mat is very thick which is great for my knees on workouts but also the foaminess is quite stretchy which can sometimes be a help/ hindrance in certain poses depending on your view point. Skipping rope is good. The foot pull rower thing I would say is a good warm up/ physio tool for anyone who might be javing to work up strength/mobility through rowing but the tension isnt hard enough for a regular workout.

a really nice well priced yoga mat, an upgrade from the one that I got "free" (or borrowed) from a hotel.I was expecting great things, like miraciously being able to do crow or just doing tree without falling over. Alas I did not - not the mat's fault, just my standard millineial entitlement. First session I noticed my balance was worse, I think I just needed to get used to an actual supportive good mat. Second session - normal (bad) balance resumed.The body allignment is really useful especially in COVID-19 dramz where you can't have an real life instructor to give you tips. I haven't given the strap a go yet, but I will lower my expectations of immediately being able to do the splits.

This is a really good yoga mat. It feels really comfortable to lie on due to the foam but it’s also quite light which will make it easy to carry to the gym. It seems pretty non slip and cushioned to protect knees. I recommend.

Excellent product, thicker than most other mats of the same price or even more expensive. Doesn’t smell, great carrier bag and straps. I would recommend to anyone. 5 stars.

I wouldn't say this mat is completely non slip, I really struggle to keep my hands from sliding when doing downward dog. I'm not sure if it's me being a novice still. The mat is fine otherwise and a great starter mat. Thickness is just right.

I brought these as spares for students that turn up without a mat. And they do the job.I’ve given them a 4 star as they aren’t the best, however they are handy as they comes with strap and carry case. Which is ideal if you are just starting out and only do yoga once a week.The colours are great tooHoweverIf I was doing a lot of yoga, I wouldn’t pick this item
