Hey! So I’m not the one to usually leave reviews because I’m one of those people who just read them before I buy the product but I feel compelled to leave one for ketones IQ because it just works. The first time I ever took it I witnessed a sense of clarity similar to a light buzz but not like a liquor buzz but a clean light feeling. Felt very motivated after taking 1 bottle. After watching a few videos I realized that these should be taken on a day where you are putting forth effort and maybe take 2-3 shots at once. I tried just that and I actually PR’d on a lap in Prospect park which was dope because there was a sense of drive and clean motivation that came from the shots. Not saying I couldn’t have done it without it but it definitely helped. Don’t believe me when I say this stuff works get you a couple shots and try it for yourself and see what’s up. You won’t regret it. Also pretty dope to use when your body is fat adapted. Lastly the taste is not that bad, don’t know why people complained about the taste.

Terrible taste but gets the job done. I would recommend ordering the apple or peach. I was pleasantly surprised that it helped me keep focused and I had a ton of energy without the caffeine. I was concerned by the cost but since the product worked so well. It was worth the cost.

I don't claim to understand the science. Put very simply, it's calories. And it tastes kind of gross (you get used to it and it's actually not so bad after you've been using it for a while). But I find on very long days when I've got 2-6 hours of exercise, my stomach tolerates this probably better than anything else I use for fuel (I primarily use maurtens but I just can't do maurtens for four hours). So the way I look at this is I don't really care how it works. My stomach will accept this almost any time I need it to.Unfortunately it's incredibly expensive so I try to be careful about when I'm using it. But I don't hesitate to take one before a run and put two in my pocket for during the run. It's incredibly helpful when I started feeling gassed. I wish I'd brought six with me on my last race and regretted only having three.One other thing that should be mentioned, I'm not sure why the version that comes in the big bottle tastes totally different than the little "shots," but I absolutely can't stand the big bottles and the shots at this point (quoting Ari Klau) "taste like candy."
