Does what it says support for aching wrist

I damaged my left hand. Not enough to trouble the NHS but enough to give me problems. This provided the support I needed to be able to function while my hand healed

I am 71. In my career I spent many years working on a laptop. Over the same period I was always very active in my 'leisure' time, landscaping gardens and using handtools for lots of DIY. It all finally caught up with my wrists. For several years I have had tingling, sometimes numb, fingers and recently started getting a lot of severe pain during and every, night. Like my Right hand was on fire. GP couldn't say whether it was Carpal Tunnel, ganglian or RSI and thought probably a combination of all. I've always been sceptical of a lot of "medical aids" but at her prompting I agreed to try a wrist support. Bought the TOVIKI Brace with 2 Metal Splints. I can't believe how much it has changed things for me. I wear it all night and don't find it at all uncomfortable. More importantly, I have had absolutely NO night pain. Sometimes wear it during the day when I am digging or mowing and don't find it awkward. It does get a bit of a beating doing this ! Don't imagine I could do fiddly jobs with screws for example. I've only had it 4 weeks and worn it every day. Can't say how long it will last but no signs of wear yet so I'm pretty optimistic. Am going to buy another one.

These are ok. A bit small for my hands which are not large and the bars occasionally pop out the hole inside leave bare metal to bare skin which can rub a bit. Fixed with a strip of padded tape.

The item does the job well each individual would have to gauge the amount of comfort it gives according to their injury. I found it does the job well for carpal tunnel and osteoarthritis of the scaphoid wrist bone. Hope this is of some help.
