Playtown: Airport: A Lift-The-Flap Book

I bought this and another airport book to get her interested and understand a bit about where we were going (to the airport). My 1 year old started by liking the lift the flaps bit, looking at the pictures...and then she realised there were words to each of the flaps so she started asking us to read it, then she moved onto finding cats,dogs and other animals that were sneakily in the pictures, finding people with sunglasses, asking what the people are doing etc....6 months on, this book is still being read on a daily basis, to the point I've hid it because I want a break from it. It is bigger than other lift the flap books, but a good size to read together with toddler in lap.

This book is chosen every bedtime, when I look after my small niece. She loves aircraft. We look at everything in great detail, especially how many times 'Ginge', the cat features. The kid at the back of the book is peeing, another person needs a poo!, so many hours of entertainment. It shows many different moods and behaviours of people. It's really very educational. We love this book.

My son loves this bookPlenty of flaps to lift and because we live near the airport he is obsessed with the airport so this is perfect!

Great quality, loads of fun for little ones without opening flaps, and extra fun opening flaps when older. Great for the adults too!

Fantastic book - full of details and lots to talk about and look at. First 'reading' with my 20 month son took us 30+ minutes as he was so absorbed.
