I like it enough to keep it but I knew what to expect after reading reviews and looking at pics. it's more like a plush blanket with a backing , not a rug. But for my bedroom, to brighten up drab old apt carpeting , it's fine. My cats and my grandkids will enjoy the soft texture. Mine is sitting on carpet with padding but on a hard floor it would not feel plush, only soft. If a baby or toddler fell sideways I'm pretty sure , on a hard floor, this "rug" would not stop the bang or the pain. I was in a hurry and it will serve it's purpose. I hope it washes ok. :) I bought the 8 x 10 for my 11.5 by 13.5 bedroom.

I wanted to love this rug,it came exactly as pictured and looked great in my livin room initially. The sad thing is it's almost impossible to vacuum! I made sure to adjust the settings for high pile carpeting,but even then it simply would not pick up...I got the black one so every speck of lint shows.I mean it's a good rug,but I would NOT recommend black for busy,high traffic areas as it will be extremely difficult to vacuum!

I ordered these because they were priced right and the color I wanted. They are super soft and slippery. Hopefully the slippery will go away after a while. At first I wasn’t sure about keeping them but they have a good amount of cushion for the floor and they’re going on tile so they’re a keeper.

This rug reminds me of a pretend rug that you might find in a miniature rug version to decorate a doll house. It seems like furry fabric that you would find on a large bolt roll in a fabric store that you might use to make a furry vest or a Fred Flinstone Halloween costume. Nonetheless, it serves the purpose for an inexpensive area rug. It looks great, but like others have said it’s quite slippery. I would suggest covering the majority of it with furniture for safety’s sake if you have small children or an elderly person in your family.
