Can you put these in the oven?

Is it scratch resistant?

Do the handles get too hot to handle whithout a mitt when cooking?

Normally, the hollow handles do not get hot but stay cool instead when cooking, so no need for a mitt. But hands getting too close to the pots or cooking in too high heat is not recommended, as all handles would definitely get hot and hands may be burnt in such situations.
