The replacement Handdrum is absolutely beautiful and sounds beautiful too. Love it!

First of all, the description and pictures for this handpan are not very accurate to the product received. The bottom of the handpan is much thinner than the photos and the blue finish is not as shiny either. The handpan was also not tuned in D minor, but actually in B minor (a very similar scale). But, the handpan still sounds pretty awesome, and this is has wonderful value for the price. It came with all the described accessories, and had a bonus braid decoration sort of thing as well. Compared to a handmade and higher quality handpan, this handpan will have less sustain and note clarity, and the higher notes will also sound a little hollow. you will also need to hit the notes with more force to get a good tone. All in all, this handpan is good value for the price, and I recommend it for beginners, but it does not compare very well to a higher quality handpan.
