This is filled with sand. It is very much like the old stretch arm strong. This will not go splat if you throw it down. It is very strong and I am happy that it was not as expensive as similar ones. My daughter loved it

Kinda small
It was a lot smaller than I thought. Although it could have been me maybe they put the size and I just didn't see it. My son still likes it though.

Fun
My nephews love it. They saw it in a video and thought it was funny. They've stretched it, punched it, slammed in on the floor. I've tested it out a few times and it seems very durable. It has some nice weight to it.
