LOVE IT!! Absolutely amazing product, I love that this comes with 4 interchangeable heads. The epilator effective and becomes virtually painless with regular use. I love its compact design, perfect for traveling, and it's also good value for money. The device is gentle on my skin, it leaves smooth, and love that comes with multiple attachments for versatility. The epilator is precise and easy to use, shaver removes hair delicately and easily, the callus remover is great for my hard skin and the massage roller is perfect for using after the callus remover, the shaver and especially the epilator.

Great item. Lots of uses.

I am not very hairy but have been using an epilator for my legs for many years. I tried the Vogue HR310. After placing my order I received an email recommending that I take the time to read the manual on reception of the product, along with other tips for smooth use and information about the double safety lock that pauses the product if too much pressure is applied. This was helpful. The product was deiivered on time two days later. The packaging is compact. As per the product description, there are 4 heads, the epilator head (the one I will use most), a foil shaver head (not for me, as I don't shave), a callus remover head and a massage head. Full information on how to best use each is available in the manual. All heads work fine and there are two speeds. The noise level was a bit more than I expected, especially if you choose the fastest speed but it's okay and you don't use the product for a long period of time anyway. I have never used an electric callus remover nor a massage head before, so I'm not very familiar with them but they seem to be good additional functionalities. I will mainly use the epilator head which works just fine, efficient and painless, although new users might need to utilise it a few times to get totally comfortable. I already own another product from this company, namely the FB210 for deep cleansing, 2 in1 facial cleansing brush which I'm very satisfied with. I'm expecting the same results with this hair removal set.

This epilator is really good it has four attachments, all good the job really well. Had an issue that charging cable was not in the package, I emailed and got the response really quickly and they are sending me new one now would highly recommend this product.

Don’t waste your money on this it’s too slow and doesn’t pull hairs out very wellAnd don’t bother with their customer service as they keep sending me emails wanting more and more information including a video of myself using it !I don’t want people looking at my bodyI have given up now they ask if I wanted a refund and I said that I wanted a epilator that works and thought they would send me one but no more and more questions a real pain

The media could not be loaded. I have been a Braun silk-epil girl ever since I started epilating and have bought the series 5 I think three or four times now but it broke again so I thought I would give a cheaper one a go. Upon first use this is less painful and quieter than my £85 one, it has more useful attachments, a longer battery life and if I can use it when plugged in (not yet tested) this will be a show stopper. It is lighter and more compact than my last one so infinitely easier to travel with, I will probably need to secure the cover with tape to keep it in place on the go but I don’t mind that. Will charge using a usb rather than shaver adapter too which I’m pleased about. If anything goes wrong I will update my review but so far I am blown away!

Gets rid of some hair. I have to pluck with tweezers after use to properly remove hairs as it breaks more hairs rather than pulling them out.
