However, if you expect it to do anything about hair loss, then you will. Initially it actually accelerates hair loss in the area of concern, as the older hairs fall out and go into the telegen stage. Later these regrow, but there was no noticeable additional growth to cover my area of thinning. And I used the shampoo for over a year, so I gave it a good trial.I've tried a number of products, diets and even massage to stop thinning, including steroidal solution. But the only one that has shown any affect is high strength minoxidil.
