What kind protein does it detect? Albumin only?

The urine dipstick test for protein is most sensitive to albumin, the protein that is primarily excreted as the result of glomerular damage or disease. Other urine proteins such as gamma globulin, glycoprotein, ribonuclease, lysozyme, hemoglobin, Tamm-Horsfall mucoprotein, and Bence-Jones protein are much less readily detected than albumin. Therefore, a negative urinary dipstick result does not necessarily rule out the presence of these proteins if they are present at slightly elevated levels. To detect all forms of protein, the sulfosalicylic acid (SSA) test is typically used. However, it is carried out in laboratory environments.

The result color is yellowy with no green in it at all. is this a bad one, or could it indicate no protein in the urine?

Yellowy with no green is negative and matches the top color on the color spectrum pictured on the packet.

What specifically does this test for?

The box says it tests for protein in the urine. The label says it is the Urinox-P30. I can't find it online. There are all kinds of protein. No idea what the numbers on the test strip mean. Nephrologist says they are not really any good. I've thrown them away. Creatinine and BUN in blood tests are the accurate measure.
