DeWalt DW2541IR 1/4-Inch Hex To 1/4-Inch Square Impact Ready Socket Adaptors

Great way to drive socket using my drill. Very good fit and is not lose. This does not wobble with high speeds. I bought this attachment because I had a lot of bolts to be able to screw in. I was going to use a Phillips screw but they tend to strip with high torque values over to drive into things but I like to use the bolts that have the hexagon because they don't strip is easy. I was able to complete my job without any of the boat heads or nuts stripping. This has a very good contact even at high speeds it did not wobble one bit . I use this on my new DeWalt impact driver. My choices were to purchase the well-known Dewalt that I know will last or go to Harbor freight and pay for one of those that may not last as long. I have use this attachment on for jobs and have not had any slips . I like this so much that I went ahead and got the quarter-inch driver also . This work especially well when I was driving in a 5 inch lag bolts. But at the same time also worked well with a 2 inch lag bolts . I did go on a job where I did not have my Dewalt impact driver and I use my Ryobi. I was concerned of the Robbie would not have a good fit onto the Dewalt attachment. But once I totqued down the chuck and had a good fit. And it did not wobble even with the 5 inch lag bolt . And even on one time I left it out overnight and I got a bunch of do you want to head and it did not rust,

I have been using these for a few years now and I am rough on tools as an industrial electrician. These make the grade!

The adapter arrived on time and is exactly as described. It works like it is supposed to.

Bought it to use with the Dewalt 1/4 XR impact. Works great; no issues. Locks into place with no wobble or play in the mechanism. I would buy it again.

Opted for this rather than a cheaper one which I've used in the past and broke the tip off. So far so good.
