I don't know if you payed people to rate you 5 stars or if there's sth wrong in this, because the one I used was horrible. Left my face with bruises. Will never use it again, will return it asap. And it doesn't even have an English translation to know what it says on the leaf. Don't recommend it at all

Was sceptical, but! ...
Well at 33 years old I've always had acne,black head and white head problems no matter how much I steamed my face put masks on, tried alsorts of various products that helped to a degree, I received this today and on ordering was sceptical at wether it worked and thought the price tag was a little hefty but thought hey ho let's give it a go anyway. I went in the shower rather than giving my face a good steam purely out of laziness and the fact the kids would be up and down "what are you doing, why etc" the instructions were translated from Chinese I think so took a little figuring out what it actually meant, I gave it a go and saw instant results, I could see no little black heads it revealed bigger ones that I didn't know were there, it hasn't I shown any instant results for the whiteheads but I have no doubt if I'd have steamed my face well it would have given fantastic results, however because I didn't read the instructions very well I went over the same areas more than once so I've ended up a little bruised and red but nothing I can't cover , I used it on the strongest setting on my t zone, I did notice my pores are enlarged more than normal so referred back to others reviews and the instructions on this site and found that using a mask afterwards was recommended so I've done that and it's shrank them a little, overall I'm surprised at how effective this is and like I said if you give your face a good 20 minutes steam over a bowl of hot water to really open your pores I have no doubt it'll be even better . So up to now I love it best £45 I've spent so far even if I am bruised and red slightly but that was entirely my fault for not reading the instructions.

really easy to bruise
effective.although on strong suction, really easy to bruise. Be careful.Always do on low suction power.And do not, like me, use on sensitive areas. I used below lips -- bruised ... Accidentally let it scroll to side of my nose -- lol, i look like tragedy happened. So - control well.Otherwise, I'm really happy it sucked A LOT of my blackheads (and sebum) out. ^^Remember to use pore minimizer afterwards/toner + mask so pores are not overly exposed.

As seen in photo.- delivery (A*)- doesn't hold charge (has to be plugged in at mains)- no plug USB adapter provided.- only one filter provided- not professional out of box (cheap made and looking)- suction poor (although ok, just not enough for extraction)Personal opinion: £40 wasn't to bad, however, of save my £40 and just carried on with (YouTube dental floss technique)I.e... better of reserching and or using the dental floss method on YouTube (better results)

Nice color that was what I thought first
Nice color that was what I thought first. After I used it I really love it . It's easy way to solve my skin problems. I used it after shower , not stay too long in the same place,keep moving on all my nose, it really suck out the blackheads. Recommend...

No good don't work on blackheads and make your face red sore 😔
