Well made! And very reasonable!

It looks pretty nice. Very realistic except for the water. The water just kind of ruins the look because it’s just like a blue plastic piece. But the ship and the bottle are very badass.

The ship was broken loose from the blue base in the bottle that was supposed to look like water. From what I could see, it’s very cheaply made.

I am thrilled with this product. I can see no seams in the glass bottle. This really looks like an authentic hand built ship in a bottle. I highly recommend.

My son and I watched the original Pirates of the Caribbean movie together recently, so I knew he would enjoy this model of the Black Pearl ship in a bottle. As soon as I opened the package he asked me how they got the ship inside the bottle. He was very intrigued by it. I am displaying it on a shelf in my home office. I told my son when he is older I will give it to him, but at his age I'm worried he might break it. The quality is not perfect at all. There are numerous imperfections on the bottle, the ship inside and even the base (Plus the label with the words "Black Pearl" is crooked). But that doesn't bother me. The imperfections kind of add to the charm, since it's obviously handmade. Also, considering the price is less than $20, I don't think you're going to find a nicer ship in a bottle for less money. My son and I are very happy with it.

This little model is put together inside a hand-blown bottle that is sealed with a cork. It has some variation in the sails and how the stickers are put on so that no two will be alike. It has some imperfections in the glass, like an occasional bubble or line, that add to the overall character and feel of it being handmade. Some of the imperfections might detract from the charm though, like the "Black Pearl" sticker on the one I received was only lightly put on and also crooked, which was a good combo, because I could remove it easily to straighten it. One of the stickers on the sails inside is only lightly adhered to the sail, so I worry it might fall off in the future. The bottle is a decent size, larger than a 16 oz canning jar. It is about the right size to sit on a mantle, or a desktop, or a bookshelf. It's a good addition to a collection of pirate decorations, or a fun gift for someone who really likes the ship the Black Pearl.

My kids are huge pirates fans and were thrilled to see this black pearl ship in a bottle! It’s surprisingly great quality and looks really good on a shelf. It feels durable but I don’t allow my kids to play with it; we just take it down and look at it often.This makes a great gift for pirate lovers and I’m quite impressed with it!
