I purchased this for my son for a gift and he said it's great

I had this toothbrush for 4 months when it stopped charging. The first charge lasted a really long time. I was impressed. Then it stopped holding a charge and wouldn't make it through one toothbrushing. Even when it is charged, it is weak and pulses like it is dying, then dies. I've been trying different ways to fix this for 2 months now. Most recently, I've tried charging it every time it isn't in use. Still can't hold a charge to get through a single toothbrushing. I went to my order to try to contact the seller and there is no option to contact them. Don't buy. Do not recommend.

This is my 3rd quip toothbrush. I like that this newer one connects to the quip app. I love everything about my Quip. The best feature is when it alerts you to move to the next quadrant of your mouth. The soft rubberized bristles is a huge plus. I have my refills on auto delivery. Can't get any easier than that.

The first one I bought didn’t work at all. The second one works but keeps turning off. If they would make it work more consistently, it would be a great e-toothbrush for traveling. Not quite vigorous enough for everyday use.

I am dissatisfied with this product. For one, I removed the adhesive strip to attach it to a compatible surface and the toothbrush immediately falls off the wall. The most infuriating thing is that it is supposed to be rechargeable and I had it on the charger for several days before using it. I have to lay it on its side while charging as well because it won’t stay upright to charge. It will turn on when I go to brush my teeth but will not continue to vibrate once I put it in my mouth to do what it is actually intended to do (brush my teeth). I left it out of my mouth to see if the 2 minute timer would actually run its course and it did with the vibration every 30 seconds. However, the product can’t actually brush my teeth. If I wanted a toothbrush that didn’t vibrate, I wouldn’t have spent $40 on one. I would’ve picked one up for $3 at the drug store. Do better Quip.

This rechargeable and Bluetooth electric toothbrush is so helpful. I use it every day and I rarely have to charge it. It come in black or pink. I got black because I don’t care for the color pink. It’s very light, and isn’t too big to put in a suitcase when traveling. It also comes with a cover to protect the bristles when you do take it somewhere. It is a all-black metal toothbrush that has a magnetic charger on the bottom. It clicks into place, so no need to put in on a certain way, as long as the magnet is facing towards the magnetic charger on the bottom of the brush. The timer goes for 4 30-second intervals, and when it’s done, it will vibrate so you can take it out of your mouth and rinse it.

Love Quip and have been using their brushes for years. I was excited about the rechargeable version so that I don’t have to keep throwing out batteries. However, it does NOT recharge. It worked well for the first couple of months but since then, it does not charge properly and quits working. If I am lucky, I get one use per charge, sometimes I only get 20 seconds. May have to go back to batteries…
