This Texas cowboy is blessed to have these tools to help his momma with her swollen and stiff legs. We have been working on her legs every day for over two months. I gave the crescent one to my mother. She enjoys it alongside the pressure pen with 2 ball ends that are 2 different diameters. I'm surprised she's taken interest or bothered to even use these items, but I am thankful that she is. She finds the knot & combos crescent scraper edges to breakup the possible scar tissue & knots to promote bloodflow. I personally, like the other 2 better. I have more of an fit natural athletic build, no weights outside of machinery parts, but I like to use them on my hands, wrist, forearms, chest, upper & lower back; below my shoulder blade deep that bone, there's a muscle that the twisted & knuckle tool offer access with that can be adjusted & used with precision. I'm pretty in tune with my body, and have used the plastic massage tool with the bend & spheres/limbs with spheres on the tips as practice & can kind of feel for where to aim because applying pressure to the wrong spot can shock you, cause discomfort, and have you in pain when you move wrong because you hurt a nerve/maybe severed one. I am no expert, but I have always found these type of things interesting, and having a tool that's nice and shiny & relieves my pain is amazing! They hold up to a lot of pressure against my muscles. I'm a mechanic so it feels amazing for me to have this resource 100%. now we need a stand for 2 crescent tools to grip to and you can lay on it without having to hold it up with another hand like doing it with only one for your back. something about gravity just fixes how your muscles lay & form around something like the crescent versus applying pressure manually. They could be longer for a 2nd set, i bought the long piece for the calf but use it on my hip and hard to reach spots since these items are small. lastly rotator cuff for the shoulder this is a must! that's all!

This is a nice sturdy set. The stainless steel is really durable and feels good against my skin. I have actually had some bruising from it. Guess I used too much pressure. The case could be nicer for the price. Easy to clean. Great size of each tool.

My PT had done this technique on my various muscle woes before. I had no idea what it was called ("gua sha" originally from Traditional Chinese Medicine). The set doesn't come with any instructions, but it's very easy to use, and it's easy to learn more from the Internet. After some quick scan of reviews, I couldn't decide which shape would be best for me, so I decided to go ahead and get the 3-in-1. Really glad I did. Each one is slightly better for different surfaces. The largest one is good for my hamstrings and things. The smallest is great on my calves and Achilles tendon. The S-shaped one is great for everything else. They all feel nicely weighted and durable. Easy to clean, and comes in a nice envelope-shaped case. Only concern/question I have is whether TSA is going to wonder what these are as I really want to bring them any time I travel. Portable and easier to use than a foam roller or roller stick for those stubborn spots. Time will tell if I can break up fascial adhesions. If you're reading these reviews, just go ahead and order this set. You'll be pleased.

Have some sore muscle or need to get that kink out, these tools are your best bet. My PT used these on my bicep and he was able to get the pain out of my bicep after shoulder surgery. The massage from the tool is amazing. It seems like a torture tool, but being able to work on your knee or leg for circulation so you can function and get that workout in is great. These come in a great little pouch that snapped shut so the size can fit into a drawer or a bag if you need to carry it around. I would recommend any athlete have this in their back pocket for post workouts.

You never know what you’re going to get with an unknown brand, but these tools are excellent. They feel nice and don’t have any rough edges anywhere. I’ve been very pleased with using these. The honeycomb pattern on the big tool is great. My only regret is not getting the four piece set with the additional honeycomb pattern tool. I can’t seem to find that exact one in the brand’s store. There are kits like it, but don’t see one with that nice honeycomb pattern. So, just get the four piece set. These are excellent tools for a fraction of what you’d pay for other IASTM tools and they’re just as good.

These tools feel really well made for the price. Lots of more expensive options, but this gives you 3 tools and a nice carrying case for a great price. When you uncertain it's something you may use often, you don't want to spend 100 dollars to just try it, so you buy the less expensive option. Now that I have, I can't imagine there is a huge difference between this one and higher priced. So after receiving this week,I watched some videos and went right to work. Been dealing with an upper thigh/hip flexor/quad issue that's been hard to get at, so that is my first target area. In just 3 sessions, I am already noticing a different feeling coming from the injured spot. Hard to say if this improving at this point, but I am optimistic. Next up will be to try this on feet, calves, hamstring/it bands, lower arms. Product 5 stars for function and value! Whether graston/gua sha self massage is TBD.
