Nice product. Works silently. Miser company could not provide batteries for remote control.

Daiken is unreliable
Daiken AC sold via Amazon- brand does not come to instal & amazon has no hold over the brand. If we don’t get the brand to instal the warranty is not valid. So we are in a fix as we cannot get installation done as we loose the warranty. Do not buy Daiken AC’s from Amazon as you are on their mercy. Lost faith in Amazon service.

Nice AC
The performance of Daikin AC is fantastic. Cooling is superb. Lookwise is also good. I haven't yet got the energy bill. so don't know about energy efficiency. Overall, value for money.

Daikin products deterioting in terms of quality
ACs now from Daikin vs what it used to be in 2017-18 have deteriorated significantly. The cooling efficacy of my 1.5-ton inverter AC from 2017 is better than this 1.8-ton inverter brought in 2023. Not only the size of unit is reduced but it seems local assembly has affected the quality too badly.
