Espresso ground from beans still great. Crema, reliable grind and espresso functions. Milk steamer wand has some flaws. Received replacement wand from manufacturer after some pressing on them for it, worked great for another 2 months now it’s unreliable again. Have taken it apart to see what the issue is…nothing visible. Our guess is that maybe air pressure thru wand varies over time?? Wand is squeaky clean with no breakage, it’s weird. When working, froths great. When not, heats milk but doesn’t froth it and the decibel level of SCREECHING noise coming from the wand is DEAFENING. Not tolerable and painful for human and dog ears. For what this machine costs, it should froth 100% of the time. We don’t expect this machine to last, it’s only been 5mos and this is second round of this issue. Can’t recommend; will buy another brand when this machine craps out.

Easy to use and makes fabulous espresso but for what this machine costs, it should froth 100% of the time. The machine gave out within 2 months and this is second time I purchased the same model with the same issues. The frother makes hot milk but never frothy. Every time I cleaned the machine the cleaning light stayed on and I couldn't get it to make coffee again. So I would try washing it again 3 or 4 times and get the parts extra dry. I called for support. I have now missed the window of opportunity to return the machine and I'm out $479.00.

So I've had this coffee machine for a little over a month, and so far I love it! Its easy to use, doesn't take a lot of counter space, the only negative thing from is the water tank! It's located in the back of the machine, and goes up to take out and refill water, so if you're machine is standing on counter top right under the kitchen cabinets like mine, it's impossible to take out the water tank(see attached picture) and the instructions say not to pour water in there without taking it out. So you have to move, slide out the machine almost everyday to refill water..... which I'm not doing!!! So I just use a bottle to carefully pour water in without taking the whole tank out......

was a little worried about ordering factory renew but stated like new came in factory box perfect there was no way I could tell it was factory renew & was only $240 half price would definitely order from this seller again & recommend

Loved it but went to clean grinder and it would not snap back in so now it doesn't work. I bought it 4 months ago and used it periodically. The brother never worked well so I used another frother.

I love this coffee maker. I had a Jura for years but didn’t want to spend big to replace it. This machine is a great value, makes terrific coffee with a nice crema. It doesn’t have all of the automatic bells and whistles and I need to refer to the manual occasionally but that’s fine. I am very happy with this product!

There’s simply no comparison to this machine. It’s a must in our household. We even take it with us on road trips. We love everything about it: the quality of the coffee, it’s so easy to use, AND on top of that it’s stylish. I usually don’t write reviews but I had to for this one because hands down, it’s the best there is.
