Good construction, at a good price
I use these to support two additional beams I installed perpendicular to my floor joist in my crawl space. They are not holding up the weight of the house as if they were on a main beam, the 4x6 poplar wood beams that I installed are mainly to stop some deflection in my floor. For that these supports are working fantastic! I especially liked the sturdy construction of them and the quality of construction.That said I highly recommend this product.

Priced better than the box home improvement stores
Works great and definitely cheaper than Home Depot and Lowe’s. We use without old 1936 farm house to level some of the floors

Heavy duty design, the top plate is independent from the shaft bolt witch makes it so simple to turn shaft bolt and tighten floor and main beams..

HORRIBLE THREADS, BUT GOOD PRICE
I have a lot of repair to do to the foundation of my house and not a ton of money to do it. These were affordable and they seem to hold, so I am giving them 3 stars. The threads are aweful on these though. I have bought about 6 in total so far and they all have had bad threads. I used a wire brush on them and that did most of the work on repairing them, but there were a few threads I needed to hit with a metal file to smooth them out enough so they turn past those points.I recommend testing the threads on the wheel portion and correcting the bad areas before trying to get it set up in tight quarters only to find out you can't spin it. I tried to get a close up pic so you can see how bad they are, but I don't know how well it'll show up on here. I will still buy more of these, cause it's all I can really afford, but if I had the money, I'd use a better made product.
