My husband has used this for a couple of nights and has really helped reduce his snoring. Hoping he will continue using this device so I can get some proper sleep.

My husband doesn't like using it, pretty awful contraption to place your tongue in but worth it if it worked, however, it does NOT! Gone back to the nose inserts which make a little difference. Nothing works as far as we can tell & we've tried most devices.

Arrived on time as described. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me. I tried it once my tounge felt uncomfortable and all my saliva pooled in the back of my mouth. I nearly choked !!

Works for about 4 hours per night, then loses its ellasticiity and I have to soak in hot water to get it back

So does it reduce snoring. I think so.I purchased this following after getting abuse a number of times for my all night symphonies. I have tried a number of the standard anti-snoring ideas - Nose strips. Meh. - Anti snoring pillows. No chance. - Throat Spray. Eurgh.Unfortunately as its me who is asleep when im snoring i cant really tell the difference. "She" has told me that when using this device i do still snore, though it is a lot quieter and less frequent so it appears it does work.The device works by sitting in your mouth and basically locking your tongue into a vacuum so it is slightly stuck out between your teeth. This isnt comfortable, not is it uncomfortable. Its just weird. As your tongue does not roll back in your throat the noise from snoring is reduced/eliminated.I guess if worn every night, you would get used to the feeling, however i tended to find at some point in the night it would come out and end up somewhere in the bed - this is no doubt when moving in my sleep therefore the effectiveness maybe somewhat limited until you roll around.Bottom Line - it does work though it doesn't completely eliminate snoring and takes some serious getting used to.

Works great to be honest and I didn't wake up at night like I usually so can have a good long sleep.

Not for me - can't sleep with the feeling of gagging.

Horrid, uncomfortable and only stops the snoring because you cant sleep trying to use this!!!
