To begin testing, open the sealed pouch by tearing along the notch. Remove test kit from the pouch. Hold the Thumb Grip and place the absorbent wick of the device into your urine stream for about 10 seconds. Point the absorbent tip downward; place the absorbent tip in urine stream for at least 10 seconds to be thoroughly wet. Otherwise, you can collect your urine into a clean cup and dip at least 4/5 of the absorbent pad into the urine for at least 10 seconds. Re-cap the device and wait for colored bands to appear.

I followed the instructions to the letter and got invalid results??? The wick was not absorbant as advertised. This was a waste of $25!

This does NOT test for menopause!
You can't test for menopause with just 1 test strip! Do your homework. That should've been your first red flag with this kit. Testing for menopause requires analyzing several test strips throughout a woman's 28-day cycle, as hormones naturally fluctuate throughout the month. For example... It's normal for progesterone to be extremely low during specific days of her cycle. During other times of the month, it will rise. It's only when the progesterone is low ALL days of the month that you know she's going through changes. You have to evaluate several (at least 4 or 5) strips to get in accurate reading in order to make a diagnosis.Don't fall for this scam!
