Is this biltong spice MSG free??

Unfortunately not Contains favouring(Salt (lodated),monosodium glutamate (flavour enhancer msg) salt, spices, preservative (potassium sorbate) sugar

what are expiry dates of the products you are offering in the add? all safari products come with manufacture and expiry date

Current lot are 3 August 2024. But hey its a BBD not an expiry date - remember salt is the major part of biltong spice and theres no expiry date on salt - its been here longer than before the dinasours :) :)

Without giving away any secrets, can you tell me what the main ingredients are? I really just want an idea of the flavour. Thanks.

Black pepper, salt, coriander are the obvious ones. I can't make out the others. I'm very happy with the taste. I think it tastes better than the Freddy Hirsch mix. I add some garlic powder to mine for added flavour.
