YINGTAI T15 2G Senior Mobile Phone with Big Buttons, Easy to Use Cell Phone with SOS Button

I purchased this phone for my 80 year old Nan who struggles with normal phones. She has been using the phone for last one week and I must say, it's a great phone for the elderly with great usability features:- large and lighted buttons- prompted dialling numbers- simple layout with two large buttons on each side to accept or reject calls- loud ringtone and call volume- screen with decent size and resolution.The red alert (SOS) button on the back of the phone is a great safety feature, in case of emergencies. If you press the SOS button on the back it will sound a siren and call/text 5 saved numbers but I like the fact that you can switch it off by pressing it again for 3 seconds. Standard micro USB cable and wall plug is provided for charging or you can use any Android charger. It would have been handy to have a charging dock - it helps to secure the phone in a place (just like a fixed landline) and also ensures that it remains charged.Another drawback is the phone package comes with a very basic operating manual which could have been made better with colorful pictures to help elderly. I would highly suggest that an initial setup done by someone and then brief your loved one.The letters as well as the numbers are easy to read on the keypad and on the screen so you can text and make calls. You can set it to receive calls by just opening the phone. I was able to save some music from my laptop onto micro SD card so my nan can listen her favs if needed. The M1 and M2 buttons allow you to save two numbers to be dialled quickly without searching.EXTRAS: Speed dial, plays the radio straight to loudspeakers, you can set alarms/reminders, it has a torch accessible by buttons on its side. All in all a great phone which my nan really loves. So pleased I found this for her.

The media could not be loaded.  Great phone for seniors. Big buttoms easy to use and understand. Battery is alive about week so it's great. No extra funcion which don't need for seniors.
