Best Pacifiers Ever
These are the only pacifiers I'll use for my son. His teeth came out early, and these didn't impact his growth or palate/teeth. He was using a Phillips Advent prior, and his roof was rounded out to it. After using these, I noticed a couple days after how his palate took a normal shape and his teeth weren't curved as well! I never have a hard time cleaning it, and it also holds up well, indicating good quality. It's 100% silicone, and water doesn't sit anywhere, even in the hole where the pacifier nipple was molded. All of their colors are beautiful, and it's a wonderful value for money and for healthy teeth!

Lifesaver for our neurodivergent family
I am not one to write reviews. But this pacifier is the GOAT. Our preschooler is autistic, and his pacifier is his go-to soothing mechanism and oral stim. (Yes, before the neurotypical internet police clutch their pearls, we’ve consulted his dentist and gotten the go ahead until his adult teeth come in.) We’ve tried chew toys of all shapes and sizes to replace his beloved Bibs pacifiers but no go. I scoured the internet for hours to find a pacifier-shaped chew toy, as that’s part of the sensory need for him. Nothing. Then my friend told me about this orthodontist-designed pacifier and it is such a life (and teeth) saver! Now we aren’t worried all the time about the shape of his developing jaw being impacted by a round bulb-like pacifier. The flatness of this pacifier design is perfect, he likes to chew on it so he actually needs it less than his previous, traditionally shaped pacifiers. They are a substantial feeling weight and good quality. We are on our second one and so thankful for this product! To my knowledge (and hours of internet research, asking autistic forums, Reddit, etc) there is nothing else like this on the market. I have recommended it to other parents of older autistic kiddos who also use a pacifier for self-regulation, and rave reviews from them, too!

Great pacifiers
My daughter is 18 months and was hooked on her original pacifiers. We were worried about her teeth, so we decided to change them up. She loves these and the transition was easy. We're very happy with these, knowing they will protect her from getting "pacifier teeth". They are kind of expensive but worth it.

Favorite brand
This is the only brand of pacifier that my baby takes. So glad they have an orthodontic option since he’s older now and we have to worry about his palette. Love the neutral colors it comes in. Easy to hold; and a good price. We’ve been using for months and the it’s holding up well, definitely a good quality. Love that it’s one piece so I don’t have to worry about it falling apart in the mouth.

Baby doesn’t like it
My baby doesn’t like this one. She spits it out every time.

Chew-Resistant and Helps Dependency
We wanted something that would help our tot ween off of his pacifier dependency that he could also use as a teether. These have been a perfect transition from his typical pacifiers that he was very dependent on. He will chew these as he’s falling asleep, suck them for a little once asleep, and then will let them fall out for the rest of the night. Whereas his other pacifiers, he was basically addicted and would freak out if he didn’t have one to suck at all times at night. It took him maybe 5-10 minutes to get used to these and stop asking for his other pacifier. These have been the perfect transition pacifier as we are hoping to ween him off within a few months, but still give him the option to chew something if needed.

Nice but didnt work for my son
I think the concept of this paci is amazing but unfortunately my 3m old hated it and wouldn't even keep it in his mouth for more than 5seconds.

The most durable option out there by a long shot!
Our toddler was chewing through just about every pacifier we tried - sometimes in only a day - and we were nearing our wit's end until we found the Cutie PAT Smile Orthodontic Pro. They've been equally invaluable and indestructible. They're well-designed, come in fun colors and are so, so durable. We've bought several as the older ones have worn out over time. So glad to have found these!
