Excellent product
I bought this as my backup for my filtration system. I have used the system for over a year now and the first filter actually lasted 10 months. I was thrilled as the information had said it should last about a year. The water here is well water and has a high concentration of calcium. The Waterdrop system and filters have consistently filtered water with TDS at 100+ to TDS at 30-40 during that 10 months of daily usage. I admit to using the system to provide drinking water and water for tea and coffee only. I highly recommend the system and filters.

Waterdrop - customer service
I had a minor issue with my water drop filter where the water stream wasn’t always consistent and sometimes dribbled. I reached out to the Waterdrop team and was seriously impressed, they responded quickly, walked me through troubleshooting steps, and even sent me a replacement filter. Everything is working perfectly now. Customer service and overall experience were great. I’ll definitely keep using their products and recommend them highly to others!

Worse than the original filter came with machine
This replacement filter is worse than the original filter came with the machine purchase. It didn’t work well like a new filter. It’s very easy to replace the filter. The taste is same as the old filter, but the TDS level is way higher compare to the original filter, even after many runs.

Why new filter worsens the water quality?
The TDS reading on my old filter, which had been used for a year, was just 3. After installing the new Waterdrop WD-K19RF filter, the TDS reading rose to 20. I’m not sure why this happened, and it’s frustrating since I was expecting similar or better performance. The installation was easy, but the increased TDS is a big letdown. I had higher expectations for the replacement filter and expected it to improve, not worsen the water quality.

Filter works great!
I bought a Waterdrop K-19 RO filter system. This filter is the dedicated replacement filter. My system filters out everything I need it to remove. That also includes flouride. I like the all in one filter design as it is easier to keep track of.filter replacements.
