I used this to make decals for my Singer sewing machine. The gold is easy to handle and superb value for money. I tried to use real gold leaf but had much better results using this product. The colour is nearer the actual gold used in 1930 when my machine was made than the real thing. The best part about it is I have loads over for other projects.

A little expensive for a product I normally pay £6 for but my normal shop was out and I needed it asap.It is however good quality. The packaging was exedingly good given that I normally just by a booklet of gold leaf. I guess I paid for the packaging and this meant that the leaf arrived safe and sound and was ready to apply strait away.It looks fantastic! Just like real gold. I use this type of leaf for both sign writing and personal artworks. My only little (very personal) niggle with this booklet was that the leaf is net set back into the booklet so that it will fall freely from each page when opened. This meant that pleasing each leaf on my gilding cushion was a little bit tricky but, that's not a problem for everyone.

Product very good, colouring excellent and went on well. The only reason I couldn't give five stars was because the description stated 25 sheets and in one out of the two booklets purchased there was only 20 sheets, as a result I have had to purchase an additional booklet to finish off my project! A bit annoying!
